Learn the basics of Mindfulness in this 3 week series. In this class you will learn various forms of mindfulness meditation including sitting meditation, body scan and mindful movement, as well as learn how to use the breath as a stress reduction tool. Over the past 35 years scientists have concluded that mindfulness meditation can help with health issues such as: stress, depression, fatigue, sleep disorders, high blood pressure, headaches, anxiety, chronic pain or illnesses and GI distress. Barbara Wulf had her training in Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. She has facilitated Mindfulness programs in Minneapolis since 2006. When she moved back to her hometown of SturgeonBay, she has started to offer programs here. She is offering these three classes as an introduction at a greatly reduced charge of $10 for all three.
