Looking at our New Year goals, we plan on opening our in-person worship on Palm Sunday 2021. We will have protective measures still in place, social distancing, masks, and communion will be done with individual containers that have both juice and bread placed in the pews for you. This will all be in place until such a time that we are given the all clear. We will still continue with our online means of worship that we have available today for those who are homebound or wish to stay home. Things seem to be moving in the right direction in terms of ending this pandemic for that we are grateful.

Our financial year ended fairly well and our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for continuing to send in your pledges. New pledge cards will be mailed out sometime this quarter with financial statements. Some of you have already returned the pledge card attachment that was sent to you with the Christmas letter. Our sincerest thank you for that response.

We will continue with our Sunday School program here on Sunday Mornings. We have a new bible study coming out in March for those who are interested. We still have an ongoing study about “The Words of Jesus” archived on our Facebook page if you would like to join in on that series.

If you need to come to the church, please coordinate the visit with the church office to ensure that someone is here to greet you. If you are not receiving your emails that go out at least 3 times weekly, please contact the church office to let us know there is a problem. Please keep in touch with us regarding your concerns, questions, prayer requests, and praise reports for those who have improved. Please help us stay connected to one another. I ask you to continue in prayer for Sturgeon Bay and Jacksonport churches and help us to grow in our discipleship.

It’s a new year with many opportunities ahead of us. Let us unite in Jesus Christ. May God Bless You.
