On January 25, 2023 the Sturgeon Bay United Methodist Church will be holding its 87th Lumberjack Dinner. Once again we will be open for a sit-down dinner as well as carry-outs. The menu will include the following:
- Corn Beef and Roast Pork
- Baked Beans
- Cooked Cabbage
- Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
- Apple Sauce
- Assorted Pies
The cost of the dinner is $20.00 per person. Children’s tickets (age 5-12) can be purchased at the door for $5.00. Children under 5 are free. Carry-outs will be a set charge of $20.00 and will be prepackaged. Carry-outs will start at 3:00 pm and run until 6:30 pm. Dine-in will begin at 4:00 pm and run until 6:30 pm. We are trying to set up a system that if you want carry-outs you will be able to drive up and not have to get out of your car.
Tickets can be purchased at the church office; online through the church website sturgeonbayumc.org or onsite. If you purchase tickets online you need to do so in multiples of $20.00. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your purchase. The online tickets will be under the name of the person who purchased the tickets. If you want to give tickets as gifts make sure that the people you gift tickets for uses the purchaser’s name when picking up the meals. We will have a record of people purchasing tickets as well as the number of tickets that person purchased. More information in the future as to how to drive up for the carry-outs.Tickets will be limited to 500 so we would recommend purchasing them early. Proceeds from this event go to funding our church service broadcast.
